We provide disposable undergarments (a thong underwear and strapless bra), a shower cap and nose plugs along with sticky feet to protect your feet from absorbing any solution.  You can wear a bathing suit (dark color), your own dark color underwear, or go without any clothing.  It’s your choice based on your comfort level.
